To celebrate all things ‘Lula’, Leith has personally invited the likes of Rodarte, Erdem, Lover, Miu Miu, Charles Anastase, Rachel Antonoff and Sonia Rykiel to design exclusive pieces alongside special music and books from her friends Liz Goldwyn, Melissa Auf Der Maur, Derek Blasberg, Daisy de Villeneuve and Karen Elson. To top it all off Chanel has created a special treat for all those that make a purchase.
“Harvey Nichols is the only store you need to visit in London. British style heaven”, also when I worked at Vogue as an assistant after I first moved to London I would shop there on pay day every single month. It made me broke but very happy. It was the only place I wanted to shop. Still is.” Leith Clark
Ida Petersson, Buyer Shoes and Lifestyle who worked on this project very closely with Leith says; “Lula magazine is one of those few magazines that manage issue after issue to inspire and excite me, so when I got the opportunity to work with Leith to create a “Pop Up” to celebrate the magazine’s first 5 years I jumped at the chance! To be able to see the products all together is like having a peek inside Leith’s mind, and judging from the products she has pulled it is a truly amazing place.”
Guests including Nathalie Press, Clemence Poesy, Ellen von Unwerth, Luke Hersheson, Daisy De Villeneuve, Erdem & Liberty Ross turned out to support Lula at the launch of the pop-up store last night, where they were treated to a three-course dinner and special acoustic performance by Coco Sumner.
