Void of Course launches its second collection “Impossibility of Love” for Autumn/Winter 2011.
The sexual collection of womenswear and menswear fuses the overt sexuality of rubber, vinyl and plastic textiles, and striking body-con silhouettes with modern tailoring and artisan techniques to form a collection that is both sensual and provocative. Subtle S&M details are worked into garments whilst more obvious references are made in the form of leather gimp masks and shoes with sex toys for heels.
Void of Course is formed through the collaborative project of Chris Sutton and Sean-Anthony Moran hailing from Belfast and Dublin respectively.
Sean studied Art and Design at Kensington and Chelsea College before completing a Fashion Design Technology degree at London College of Fashion in 2007 after which he worked with AKO New York whilst pursuing independent creative projects.
Chris trained as a fine artist at The Belfast University of Ulster and then as an actor and performance artist at the prestigious Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin going on to work with RANKIN and receiving the UnLtd Millennium Award Fund.
