Conceptual menswear label Komakino present their SS10 collection - a contradiction of refined tailoring and deconstruction. Designers Federico Capalbo and Jin Kim have retained their uncompromised modern view of masculinity coupled with sub cultural references using leathers, printed panels and fabric manipulations.

Inspired by iconoclasm, Komakino deconstructs religious, political and classic images and recomposing them into their new collection. Capalbo & Kim fuse military, neo-classical and street details like decomposed rubber couture with the help of latex designer Atsuko Kudo. Komakino also designed jewelry pieces, manufactured by Dog State, and partnered with accessories designer Keko Hainswheeler; adding organic metal headpieces to the minimalist collection.
